  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policies below:

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Hats: Due to hygiene reasons, all hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Infant & Toddler: For safety and hygiene reasons, items in this category are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or the exchange item will be shipped to you.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Select Western Denim Stores.
