Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our website menu and product offerings, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Hats: Due to hygiene reasons, all hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Infant & Toddler: For safety and hygiene reasons, items in this category are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Select Western Denim Stores.
